Amateurs and professionals are encouraged to enter - the public votes! Join us on downtown Middlebury’s beautiful Main Street for chili, live music, dog sled demonstrations and more. The event includes street jugglers, face painting, live music, a beer tent, and award-winning chili all on the streets of historic downtown Middlebury!
Nearly two thousand people attended last year's carnival, and even more are expected to turn out this year for the headlining event: a chili contest, taking place on the streets of Main Street, Park Street and Merchants Row. The downtown will be overflowing with chili from over 40 restaurants, caterers and amateurs from around the state.This is a wonderful community event not to be missed!
