Berlin, VT – The Vermont Chamber of Commerce will present the annual Taste of Vermont Legislative Networking Reception at the Capitol Plaza, Montpelier on March 22nd, 5 - 7 pm. This free event provides an opportunity for business leaders and lawmakers to mingle while enjoying signature delights from Vermont’s fine restaurateurs, cheesemakers, and beer and wine producers.

The Taste of Vermont is scheduled for halfway through the session, as legislation impacting business is taking shape. "As legislators look to business leaders for input, Vermont Chamber members have the opportunity to establish new relationships and strengthen existing ties. This Vermont Chamber event is recognized by legislators and members alike as an excellent opportunity to connect on important issues, in a casual atmosphere that also celebrates Vermont's great food entrepreneurs," noted Betsy Bishop, President of the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.

The reception will feature nearly 20 vendors from all around the state, including J. Morgan’s, New England Culinary Institute, Randolph Technical Career Center, Shelburne Vineyard, Stoweflake Resort, Vermont Cheese Council, Comfort Cookies, Birchgrove Baking, American Flatbread, Sheraton Burlington Hotel, The Wilmington Inn & Tavern, F.B.I Food Body Intelligence, LLC, Salt, Ltd., Brown & Jenkins Trading Co., Vermont Spirits Distilling Co., Caroline’s Fine Dining, Michael’s on the Hill, Whistle Pig Whiskey, and the Trapp Family Lodge.
